Six Nations Arrows

Head Coach: 
Regy Thorpe has taken over the head coaching duties 
along with Marshall Abrams as his assistant coach.  They replace 
2006 head coach Randy Chrysler who stepped down at the end 
of last season.
2006 Record: 19-3. Finished in 1st place for the regular season &
won the Ontario championship
Key Returnees: 
- Captain Sid Smith (co-winner of defensive player of the year)
- Cody Jamieson (45 goals & 51 assists) 2nd in league scoring 
- Craig Point (41 goals & 24 assists)
- goalie Ben VanEvery who shared  the league’s best goalie award 
  with Grant Crawley (gone overage) with a 5.30 GAA
- Kent Squire-Hill  (29 goals & 36 assists).
Key losses: 
Cody Jacobs, Grant Crawley, Hughie Johnson and 
Isaiah Kicknosway-Loucks all went overage. 
Jeremy and Jerome Thompson returned to Akwesasne to 
play for the newest entry in our league.
Key Acquisitions: 
Arrows Express obtained Shawn Evans last year’s league 
scoring champion (38 goals & 73 assists) and Minto Cup 
MVP from the Peterboro Lakers.
